KCS External Trainer Certification Exam – register for the exam here through CATALYNK.

The exam is provided the Consortium for Service Innovation (CSI), the authorizing body of KCS v6 Trainer Certification.

Pre-requisites:

1. Attend a KCS v6 Practices Workshop
2. Pass the KCS v6 Practices Certification Exam
3. Co-Teach a KCS v6 Practices Workshop with KCS Certified Trainer
4. Following the Co-teach session, Certified Trainer referral/approval to CSI
5. Pass the written and oral External Trainer Certification Exam

Applicants are expected to have experience with teaching/facilitating in a classroom or workshop environment.
