KCS is a methodology that dramatically improves service and support. It was developed by, and is maintained by the members of the Consortium for Service Innovation. The member collaboration started in 1992 and the resulting methodology includes a rich set of principles, practices and techniques. The KCS v6 Practices EST Virtual workshop provides these based on the collective thinking and collective experience of CSI members.
KCS v6 Practices US Virtual is an intensive and interactive workshop delivered live in five 3-hour sessions. You’ll learn all the concepts, practices and techniques needed to run a KCS Practice. Suitable for knowledge managers, team leaders, knowledge workers, and ideal for service teams. If you’re planning to adopt the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology or needing to update their KCS practices and performance, this course gives you all the skills. This course is entirely virtual.

The KCS Academy administers KCS certification programs including the KCS Certified Trainer program. The KCS Academy authorizes Certified Trainers to provide commercial offerings including training and adoption services. KCS Certified Trainers go through a rigorous process. They must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the KCS methodology and best practices for adoption. CATALYNK trainers provide training materials that are continuously updated by the Consortium. KCS Certified Trainers pay a royalty for commercial use of the Consortium’s IP which helps support the ongoing work of the Consortium.
