Knowledge-Centered Service, or KCS®, is a methodology designed to integrate knowledge capture, improvement and reuse directly into support operations.

KCS v6 Practices Workshop Wellington is a 2.5-day intensive and interactive workshop. If you’re planning to adopt the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology or needing to update their KCS practices and performance, this course gives you all the skills. As a result you’ll have access to all the tools and techniques needed for leading a KCS v6 Practice. Suitable for knowledge managers, team leaders and coaches of service teams.

This course greatly assists you with preparing for The KCS Academy KCS v6 Practices Certification exam. This (optional) exam is available on the afternoon of Day 3.

KCS v6 Practices Certification

Certification designates individuals who demonstrate a thorough understanding of the KCS concepts. You’ll gain a deep understanding of practices and techniques of the Solve Loop, Evolve Loop, and best practices for KCS adoption.  If you are intending to sit the exam on Day 3, booking and payment (US$450.) in advance is needed. Advance study of the reading list documents is highly recommended. Therefore all recommended reading material will be provided in advance.  Let us know that you intend to take the exam and we’ll assist with your exam booking.
