Knowledge-Centered Service(KCS®) is a methodology designed to integrate knowledge capture, improvement, and reuse directly into support operations. Thomas Fuhriman, Certified KCS Trainer, will lead the workshop. Thomas brings years of experience in Coach development.
In this 12 hour (four 3-hour sessions) KCS Coach training, coaches will:
Understand the role and goals of a KCS Coach
Understand what makes an effective KCS Coach
Deeply understand self-awareness and how to work more effectively with others
Understand others and how to communicate effectively
Learn and practice coaching techniques and influence skills
Practice the coaching process and learn how to utilize KCS coaching tools
Understand how to hold individuals accountable for utilizing the skills they’ve been trained on.
